1 Eligibility & Registration

2 Your Account

One account per person. Each individual may hold only one registered bet291 account. Opening or operating more than one account is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held.

Account security is your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP verification codes — confidential. Accurate information required. You must keep your account details accurate and up to date. bet291 may require you to re-verify your identity at any time. Failure to do so may result in temporary restriction of account access.

Account closure. You may request the closure of your bet291 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified Philippine payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet291 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets where available through the platform's payment gateway. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

4 Wagering Rules

Bets and wagers placed on bet291 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual game types or sporting events:

• All wagers must be placed using funds held within your bet291 account balance. Bets cannot be placed on credit.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bet291 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, VIP-tier rewards, or other incentive structures to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

6 Responsible Gaming

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet291 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, winnings, data, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from:

9 Changes to These Terms

bet291 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page, which will also reflect an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — bet291 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through an in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of the bet291 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to discuss account closure.
